SALES MANAGER

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and expand our commercial activities within an assigned region. This role offers a unique opportunity to build long-term client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and contribute significantly to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and engaging new prospects
- Lead business negotiations and close commercial deals
- Prepare comprehensive quotations and associated documentation
- Monitor market trends and analyze opportunities for growth
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution
Candidate Profile:
- Secondary or university degree
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – minimum level B2, preferably C1
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Valid driving license (category B)
