SALES MANAGER

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and expand our commercial activities within an assigned region. This role offers a unique opportunity to build long-term client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and contribute significantly to our company's growth.


Key Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and engaging new prospects
  • Lead business negotiations and close commercial deals
  • Prepare comprehensive quotations and associated documentation
  • Monitor market trends and analyze opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution


Candidate Profile:

  • Secondary or university degree
  • Proven track record in sales or business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – minimum level B2, preferably C1
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive approach to work
  • Valid driving license (category B)
